i found out i was pregnant sunday, tomorrow will make 1 week. at 12:30 am on friday (5w1d) i woke up with severe pain that felt way worse than any cramps i had experienced the whole. one sided. i went to the er after 45 minutes of this pain. no bleeding. went to er at 2 am. er tested my hcg and gave me an ultrasound. on the ultrasound they couldn’t find my baby but found a lot of fluid around my left ovary. ended up saying i either at having an ectopic or had a cyst rupture since i have pcos. i went to my obgyn and they said you wouldn’t be able to see the baby yet anyway and that it was probably round ligament pain. they drew my blood the same day but at 10. they showed me all of my levels. pic below

i’m scared because they said ectopic you plateau with your numbers. and in those 8 hours i only went to 279. is this because my blood was already drawn (5 vials compared to 1-2 at obgyn) or do you think i’m starting to plateau? er obgyn said to come back in 2 days to have my levels checked again. so i’m going in the morning. i just want to know what to be prepared for.
