sonohysterogram

I just got a sonohysterogram done on October 1st, I did have slight bleeding after which only lasted about 1-2 hours but that is known as normal after the procedure. I am currently 6 days late for my period, is that normal? Chance I’m pregnant? I took a pregnancy test today and my sister said there was a faint line, but I didn’t really see it, & I’ve also had a lot of symptoms including, waking up in the middle of the night to pee( which I am a very heavy sleeper and I don’t ever wake up) , slight pressure, headaches, nauseous, & watery dishcharge. I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 3 years now, & nothing.

Has anyone had this after this procedure? Or should I re test in a couple days?
