First period after MMC

I found out that I’d had a missed miscarriage on the 18th of September and had an ERPC on the 20th. After a week of cramping I started bleeding yesterday, and today I am in agony. I can’t bend over, I can’t cough..

Obviously this is my first period after my surgery, I just wanted to know if any of you lovely ladies know what I could take to ease the pain? Is it worth me going back to my doctor for codeine and naproxen, or will ibuprofen eventually work? Thankyou! X
