Is my period gonna come?

My period is normal always. I’m 5 months PP. since July my periods have been normal and on time. Welll this month it’s not! I’m 3 days late with no signs Mother Nature is coming or I don’t think.

I’m cramping here and there but not like period cramps that’s constant. Usually my CM dries up before my period, well that’s not the case.

I took a test but it’s negative, could I still be pregnant or it’s just not coming? I have not had a period st all this month. I had 2 days of spotting old brown blood around the 10-11th. But that’s it. I’m confused.
