Canker sores??

I have soooo many canker sores right now! I have no idea what’s causing them but they are awful! Any remedies you swear by? Also is it normal to get them so much? 18 weeks on Tuesday

Yes I've been getting then more as well before I got pregnant my doctor said the cause of them was low immune system, stress, wind or weather changes stuff like that so I'm guessing it's the low immune system now. I would say b6 is a good idea.

It’s definitely a symptom brought on by pregnancy. It could happen for a few reasons though. One reason is that your mouth is just much more sensitive and the crazy hormones can cause them. Another reason is a deficiency in folic acid. Make sure you’re getting enough folate (better than folic acid) to make up for the loss. Just bring it up to your doctor and maybe check your folic acid levels to be sure. Especially if you’re getting a lot of them often.
