No period since end of August. Anyone same thing?

Messed up bc pills I was only on for about 2 months. Stopped pills July. Had ultrasound 7/10 a day after started bleeding. Follicle noted on Right ovary. Tech said it lookes like I was about to ovulate when I jokingly asked if had any eggs left (I just turned 38 this week). Period wasn't heavy and I had sex all through July and August. I had some bleeding end of August but really light. Nothing since. Sore boobs around August 19th for a couple weeks. Constipation on amd off. Lots of gas! Nausea. Weight loss. Hot flashes! All urine negative so far. I have 3 kids now. Idk what the he'll is going on! Anyone else?
