Depo shot

In August the 14th, I got on depo and didn’t have a period until September the 16th Well, I bled for 10 days straight. Nothing heavy just light but sometimes dark brown and sometimes dark and bright red. Well it’s now October and I had a spot of brown blood 2 weeks ago and that’s it. Nothing else has happened. Should I be worried? I don’t plan on doing the depo shot anymore! This is so scary and has caused so many problems😩
