Stitches/episiotomy
How long does it take for tears and stitches to heal? I’m almost 4 weeks pp and all of a sudden I’ve gotten itchier down there. Not unbearable but definitely noticeable. I haven’t changed anything in my routine, haven’t had sex or inserted anything inside. Any ideas??
