Period? Light bleeding for almost a month

Ok, I started lightly spotting on Oct 10th, for almost a week that all that happened. And then from about Oct 17 to now ( Oct 27) it has been what I would call a light period

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??

I'm upset I can't go to PP like I normally would because I have a balance I can't pay at the moment

I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids a few years ago but really only had heavy flow because of this not hardly any flow at all

Also I took a plan b pill in August, which I heard can throw off your cycle but like this???

Omg I just want it to stop
