Miscarriage?

I had my first scan on Friday at 6 weeks and today the dr said I’ve had a miscarriage, no fetal heartbeat. He’s sent me for a blood test now.

I go away to New Zealand tomorrow. Stressing out big time.

I’m still have all the symptoms no cramping no blood.

Update

My blood results come back and my levels are through the roof high. I have my second scan once I get back.

My boyfriend said to me when we’re at the scan on Friday that she lady mentioned that they don’t normally do scans this early.

Fingers toes crossed everything will continue well.
