My second miscarriage in 3 months

In July I found out I was pregnant after trying for almost a year and a half. In March I had surgery for my endo. So almost immediately I got pregnant after healing. I lost my baby at 6 weeks, then I thought I had gotten my first period after miscarriage but no I’m pregnant again and this time it’s an eptopic pregnancy. I’ve had bleeding for 2 weeks so I finally went to the hospital. Finding out I was two weeks pregnant. I’m just emotionally exhausted and drained. My body hurts. I feel sick as all hell. I’m just tired.
