Feeling concerned

Prayer warriors please! I’m 10w6d today and have experienced very light spotting with tissue, and very strong cramping. I’m very concerned because I’ve miscarried before and the symptoms felt the same. I’m not going to go to ER because I have an appointment in a couple days. I just stopped taking my progesterone suppository and was reading that after taking the supplement, some women experienced the same. Has anyone else experienced this after taking progesterone? My gut tells me everything will be fine, but this feeling is very unsettling.
