EXTREME AMOUNT OF BLEEDING

So I recently had a C-section about 5 weeks ago and the bleeding lasted like a little less than 4 weeks, I was so relived after finally dealing with days and days of changing pads, and then a couple of days later, I start bleeding again, I was a little confused but figured that was expected after the bleeding JUST ended a while back, then I start bleeding again more and more, I asked a nurse at my doctors and she said it could just be a period, now it has gotten to the point to where I’m filling up the pad in 2 hours, even though it’s supposed to last 10, I figured she was right and maybe it was a period, but I’m just bleeding more and more everyday? Which isn’t like a period, can someone help?
