Anyone else??..

Im unknown weeks pregnant but definitely in the first trimester... and have a doctors appointment on Tuesday but is anyone else “spot bleeding”?! Im having cramps and it feels like a normal period.. mines not spotty.. its more like my regular period heavy flow...

When did you get a positive pregnancy test? You could have a chemical pregnancy or having a miscarriage or you could have a cyst. 
If it’s heavy and you’re cramping g I would be worried.

If you are having heavy bleeding like a period, it sounds like you are losing the pregnancy. :(
