Is this a good idea? Some advice needed..

So I am planning to move in with my boyfriend at the beginning of the year. We already created a budget plan. I have been getting some kitchen and bathroom stuff like from Goodwill, Walmart, Target. I am very excited tbh. We have looked at apartments and we are still looking. But the problem is.. is my parents... they are hating th fact that I want to move because it’s shacking. But that was When I first talked to the a couple of weeks ago. I still want to talk to them about it again. But I guess in a different approach.. How should I say it?

Here is how we are going to split the bills. I think it’s okay. But how does this sound to y’all? We maybe over pricing some stuff but we like to leave a little wiggle room just in case. I might be on his car insurance.
