How far along am I?

Is there anyone who can help me to figure out a rough estimate as to how far along I am?

Sept 2- LMP (8 weeks today)

Sept 16- + surge & IUI(6 weeks today)

Oct 18- ultrasound #1 (was dated 6w0d rather than 6w4d, CRL 3.7mm, no heartbeat)

Oct 23- Ultrasound #2 (was dated 5w6d rather than 6w5d, CRL 3.3mm, heartbeat of 128bpm)

So, I know that these dates definitely fluctuate within the first trimester, however, I’m just trying to get a rough number for myself as to how far along I might be because my ultrasound dates seem really off from each other, especially since my second ultrasound dated me earlier than my first so that confused me a little.

if anyone can help that would help me a lot!!
