Maternity Leave
So, I get 12 weeks paid maternity leave and am being induced on the 15th. I called HR and they said my maternity leave doesnt start until my baby takes his first breath.... I was wanting my last day to he the 8th because my body hurts so much. Does anyone elses company have these rules? Seems silly I cant start my maternity leave when I need to
