It hurts to wee :( :( !!!!

I have 3 ice packs in my freezer and constantly sit on them so its kinda numb down there and lean forward and put my hands on the floor so that the urine doesn't touch all the sores. Using a jug of Luke warm water helps too or a shower head. Hang on in there. I was diagnosed about 2 months ago and was in agony my outbreak hurt more than my postpartum recovery x

Pee in the tub or my dr told me to put Vaseline on the sores and it’ll help kinda keep the pee off. We know the struggle girl 😢
