How bad is fast food while pregnant?

So I never eat fast food really and since being pregnant it’s all I fricken crave! I am 9w 3D and have had fast food probably 4-5 times so far 😬 is this terrible? Am i an awful person 😭😭😭

Fast food isnt great even if you arent pregnant. However you are growing a baby and that shit is hard so treat yourself sometimes.  Moderation is key.

Just because you have a craving doesn’t mean you have to give into it. Being pregnant doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want. If you can’t stomach any other foods then yes, it’s better than starving. But eating junk food is not only unhealthy for you but it might mean getting that pre-pregnancy body back is going to take much longer.

Every so often is ok. And you can try "healthier" fast food like Pollo tropical, Chipotle type of places. Overly processed "meat" is what's the worst from the fast food places.

Fast food is just fine during pregnancy.. just as fine as it is when you are not pregnant. It’s just junk food and eating unhealthy in not ideal in general. But it won’t hurt the baby really.. you SHOULD eat healthy and have a balanced diet , that would be ideal. Unfortunately when pregnant, many of us barely can hold any foods in without puking.. if you find something you can tolerate , eat it.. so you have some fries and burgers from a fast food joint. Not ideal but not a big deal ..
I had plenty of Mc Donald’s fries burgers and shakes during my pregnancy. My body craves it.. I have a healthy and happy 3 year old.

My mom would have 2 double bacon cheese burgers with curly fries from jack in the box often when she was pregnant with me. I turned out at normal weight and am healthy. Just make sure you dobt go overboard and make sure to get your water and veggies in.

Your fine. Honestly for more than half my pregnancy cheeseburgers and watermelon were the only things that I could get to stay down for whatever reason veggies didnt like me at all. Baby girls been perfect at all appointments. Food is better than no food.

You’re fine, i honestly have fast food like once a week 🤷🏼‍♀️ just don’t overdo it and there’s really nothing wrong with it, your prenatal vitamins give the baby everything it needs, just remember to always drink a lot of water. The only thing I’d worry about with fast food is heartburn.
