i’m on the pill & we use condoms .. what else could I be doing more to prevent pregnancy besides abstinence? also have you or anyone you’ve known gotten pregnant whilst on the pill & using condoms?

Never got pregnant on the pill without using condoms for 15 years and we are both super fertile. The pill is highly effective if taken correctly.

You can use VCF, it’s a spermicide and it supposed to be very effective !! You can also try the pull out method

Avoid sex on your most fertile days and pull out.

Withdrawal is really the only other thing you can add to prevent, you’re already double protected so I think you’re fine

U could add pulling out and/or spermicide (although, a lot of condoms already have spermicidal lube on them). Aside from that, or abstinence, there’s nothing more u can do. The pill with perfect use + condoms used properly is 99.9% effective.
