Baby to low ?

Hey mommies I have a question! So I’m reading that by 18 weeks your baby should be right under your belly button based on my ultrasound my baby is nowhere near my belly button yet,is this normal? I am plus sized.

My understanding was that is where the top of your uterus should be, but baby still has lots of room to move around. At my 20 week ultrasound baby was all balled up down in my pelvis, the tech didn’t seem concerned just thought he was funny for neglecting all the space he had in there!
