Can I get Prego?

So I’ve been on the patch for going on 3 months and my period usually comes randomly during one of my patch weeks but my Dr told me to keep doing 3 weeks on, one off and eventually my period will regulate. Well this is month 3 and I’m on my 3rd day without the patch and my body is acting like I’m ovulating and no sign of my period coming and it’s kind of freaking me out? Any ideas? Could I be Prego?
