Milk blister tips?

Does anyone have any tips for getting rid of them? I’ve tried hot compresses, used nipple butter, and tried scratching it to pop it- really don’t want to use a needle. My LO hasn’t succeeded in popping it either...

I pooped mine at the end of my hot shower! As long as it doesn’t hurt, I just grabbed it between my nails and kinda slid my nail as to cut it. Scared me doing it but it didn’t hurt and I put nipple cream on after!

Well, after my last breastfeeding session it seems to have deflated a bit. I’ll definitely try the shower if it’s still there in the morning!

Hot showers usually worked much better than compresses for me. I don’t know why but they almost always resolved in the shower or during nursing right after.
