Anyone taking baby aspirin prevent preeclampsia?

What’s your experience? I had preeclampsia resulting in a 36 week induction with my son. They want to start me on it at my next appointment (14 w) as my blood pressure has already been elevated into the 140/90s and I have headaches. Has it helped you? I also had a miscarriage between my son and this pregnancy

I'm taking it as a precaution since 12 weeks even though I don't have a history of preeclampsia. I'm over 35 and "obese". I'm 34 weeks and my blood pressure is still normal.

I had preeclampsia with my first SJ with my second and third I was put on it. I take it at night. Worked last time and so far this time.

I have been taking it since my first appointment at 10 weeks because my mom had severe preeclampsia with both of her pregnancies and I have a clotting disorder. My bp has been normal and everything has been fine so far with me and babygirl. 22 weeks tomorrow.

I have been taking it since 4 weeks 1 day. I developed extremely severe preeclampsia at 35 weeks with my son. No signs so far and my blood pressure is low. But I am early. 24 weeks.
