Is this selfish of me?...

I recently am getting my own place with my sister. She quit her job midway to us trying to find a place. So that completely messed everything up and stressed me out to the max!!! I finally found an apartment but it’s a one bedroom, it’s pretty spacious and the separate dining area could be used as area to put another bed but is it selfish of me to want the back bedroom for myself? I mean I am the one paying for it with my own money she’s put nothing into it as she’s still looking for a job
