Working mom question

How long did you ladies work? Did you go to part time or take leave/quit at some point?! This is my first pregnancy and I’m 25 weeks along, my job is very physical and requires lifting, bending over, squatting, pushing/pulling things that weigh over 25lbs etc. I’m fine during the first 3-4 hours of my shift but after that I’m dying and when my shift is over I hurt so bad I can’t stand it, my belly, pelvic area, legs and hips hurt so bad and at times I feel as if he’s gonna fall out. I’m not sure what to do. I haven’t had a terrible time with this pregnancy only after I work a shift is when it’s the worse. Doctors say it’s normal but I feel like sometimes I’m pushing my body too much but then some make me feel like I’m complaining too much. Idk what to do, I don’t want to sound like a baby😔
