Tummy time per day for 2 mo old.. Be honest

We are struggling with tummy time. LO is 2.5 months old and too smart for her own good. She knows she will be done as soon as she starts crying 🤦‍♀️ We maybe get 5-10 min total in a good day over several sessions and ped says to do an hour a day. She has been able to lift her head since birth so I wasn't too worried about it but now she hasn't progressed to trying to push up and I feel like she will fall behind and I am a bad mom. Just curious how much your babies are actually doing?
