Who's exercising?
5 weeks 5 days today. Nausea just hit a couple days ago but I'm better with the fatigue now.
I was playing 2 to 4 hours tennis per week and doing the occasional zumba class before finding out I'm pregnant. I'm fact I just did a very intense 90 min zumba session yesterday, jumping and all, feeling absolutely fine.
Unfortunately, I just read today that I was supposed to be doing modified versions of zumba, with less jumping and less double time. Oops! Planning to zumba again tomorrow and will probably take it easier this time around, but out of curiosity, who else is still active in sports and fitness? What kind of exercises did you do and how are you changing your habits in the first trimester?
