Giving up 😔😔

Probably worst idea. But i know i cant handle anymore stress physically and mentally. More than 2 years of trying. Then 2 iui both bfn only. This iui got cancelled as follicle didn't grow as they expected and it's been off slow growth even with so many injection of double and triple dosages. We tried naturally but i dont have any hope. As I am not sure even if i ovulated or not. Usually wil have scan to determine if i had ovulated or not. But scan got cancelled after day 21 (they didn't give specific reason). My cycle is usually 28-32 days only. And my endometrial thickness is of 10mm on day 19 and decreased back to 7.1 in two days on day 21, don't know how it happened and don't know what it mean and as my doctor is on leave for vacation she not responding to my calls or msg. I am at the point of broken completely.

So finally decided to give up with heavy heart.😭😭
