I need some advice please

So I’m on the depo shot, but just lately I have had every pregnancy symptom and I have 3 children so I know my pregnancy symptoms I took a pregnancy test and it was positive but I took some more to be sure and they where all negative I just don’t know what to do

I will put a pic of the first test I did that was positive.
