I’m 19 days late - waiting for a call back from the doctor as this has never happened to me

I’m 9 days late which is extremely unusual for me and I’m not sexually active so I can’t be pregnant. It could just be a hormonal thing? I’m not sure myself. But my exercise habits have increased massively over the last 3-4 weeks so maybe that has something to do with it too 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was 4 weeks exactly late last month, just missed a cycle for no reason :( sometimes it happens! X
