I had an ectopic back in July at about 5 weeks (which also meant I lost my right tube). Had a horrible dull ache in my lower front and back, which eventually just got worse and worse. Same for the shoulder pain, I assumed it was all fine as it wasn’t sharp pains in the very tip of my shoulder (like the internet says), it was more of a dull ache in my general shoulder/collar bone area which just didn’t go away.
Also when it all came to a head I was quite dizzy and hot, think that’s was the internal bleeding though! 
It all happens so fast, plus if it was your first pregnancy (like me) you just thought that a few aches and pains were normal. Always get checked if you’re worried!!

I actually had a full blown period (at least I thought it was) right when my period was due. I actually tested negative day of my period. Another week went by and still didn’t feel right. I took a test bc I felt off and it positive. Shortly after that I went to the doctor and they monitored me. Couldn’t see the baby but was still too early. Another 24 hours later couldn’t get out of bed. Had pain in my bum and felt like I had a brick on my pelvis and crazy stretching feeling. Went to bathroom and saw blood. Rushed back to doctor and they saw blood all in my stomach through ultrasound. I started having pain all on my left side. I had internal bleeding. Rushed to ER and lost left tube. 😢

My first pregnancy was an ectopic  I was 10 weeks when it ruptured and I had to have emergency surgery. I had absolutely no pain except for shoulder pain and I started bleeding really bad each time we had sex and had a "period" every 2 weeks. My cycles are usually 35 days so I knew something was wrong but I thought I just had a cyst. I had no idea I was even pregnant until I woke up in the ICU after my surgery. If you even suspect it a little I would push for an ultrasound  asap.
