Can't pee on my period
I just got on my period last night and everything seemed fine until this morning. I usually have bad cramping, i'm used to that, but I have so much vaginal pain and pelvic floor pain that I can't go to the bathroom. I feel like I'm walked around with two poles in me, any recommendations for trying to relax my muscles enough to go to the bathroom?
