Worried by midwife

Just had my 38 week midwife appointment, and I’m left feeling really down and worried. She said I have slightly high blood pressure, and sugar in wee also the fact ive been getting really bad headaches recently she said hummm if you get another headache to call the maternity unit and get checked out. She didn’t even fill out my growth chart, and also has told me that the head is not engaged anymore as it was 2 weeks ago, said it can pop in and out of pelvis which I didn’t know. I just feel like she’s given me all these worries and then just said oh but it’s fine and sent me on my way. I know I could be just being sensitive and getting frustrated that nothing seems to be happening but I just feel deflated now and needed to moan 🤦🏻‍♀️
