Could I be pregnant ??

7 days past ovulation and a little cramps here in there lots of discharge and some brownish stuff coming out when I wipe could I be pregnant I’m so confused I know everyone is going to say test but honestly just waiting for a missed period don’t want to be let down one more time but I usually only get cramps like a day or two before they period and my back is on fire witch only happens when on period so idk help
