Whyyy

I'm 7 weeks postpartum, I gained about 70 pounds during my pregnancy. 🤦‍♀️😭 I used pregnancy as an excuse to eat all the junk in the world. I wish I could go back and tell myself to eat healthier and manage my weight better. I was around 135 pregnancy and got up to 207 at 40 weeks. I'm now down to 180 exactly. I'm on a strict low carb diet and trying my best to exercise. BUT my knees are killing me! It's the only thing holding me back. I purchased a $300 spin bike and it's so hard. I managed to do 30 mins really pushing myself today and another 15 mins working upper body with weights. Is there anything I can do to help the strain on my knees? The rest of my body is wanting to do more but my knees wont let me. Sometimes they just give out and I almost fall. Also dealing with ppd and major body image issues with all the weight gain and stretch marks so this is all so hard to keep going. 😭
