PCOS and provera 😭

Okay so I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago and I have never had a regular period at all except when on contraceptive pills. (I started my “period” at 10yrs old) I lost my medical insurance due to my age & didn’t go back to to doctor (they just didn’t know what to do but stick me on birth control and call it a day) I stopped taking them after a couple months.

So here I am , 20 years old , still having bad PCOS symptoms, facial & body hair , bad pain in my back, ovarian pain, ruptured cysts , ovarian muscle spasms (weird) weight gain ,etc.

I found a clinic that was very sweet to me and they put me on provera , 10mg for 5 days a month. This is the 3rd month taking it.

The first month it took 14 days & all that happened was I was lightly spotting for 4 days.

The second month took 10-12 days & again spotting for 5 days.

This month took 6 days and the spotting lasted 3 days. 😭

I’m lost on what to do next. Anyone had this happen ??
