UPDATED! Switching from Femara/Letrozole to Clomid?

I’ve done...

2 rounds of Letrozole 5mg with TI

1 round of Letrozole 7.5mg with TI

1 round of Letrozole 7.5mg with

IUI

None have worked. They only produced 1 follicle each time.

I’m on CD2 and my Dr is switching me to Clomid 100mg for this cycle before my

IUI

later this month.

Has anyone had any success? I’ve seen a lot of Clomid to Letrozole stories. But not a lot of the other way.

UPDATE:

Finished my last dose of Clomid on Sunday evening. Went in for bloodwork yesterday, Tuesday. Everything looked good and they asked me to come in this morning, Wednesday for bloodwork, ultrasound and possibly get my trigger shot. Meaning

would be tomorrow, Thursday....

The doctor said I’ve had such a wonderful response to the Clomid (100mg)! I have 4 LARGE follicles and they had to warn me about the risk of multiples 🤦🏼‍♀️. I wanted to speak to my husband but he was with a client so my Dr said I could come back later to get the trigger or tomorrow and push my

IUI

to Friday.

How crazy is this that I’ve such a better response to a Clomid!?!
