With my first pregnancy I told my mom at 6 weeks, and then regretted it. She told all of my family even though I told her it was early and we were waiting. Then when I miscarried she was so unbelievably difficult and made it all about her own disappointment. We're now about 11 weeks and not saying anything until after the first trimester. It kills me not to tell her earlier but I just can't handle her disappointment again. I would say do what feels right with your relationship!

We wanted to tell both sets of grandparents and all three great grandmothers at the same time so we had a mother’s/fathers day celebration at the beginning of June to tell everyone. I was 12 weeks and it was a weekend everyone was able to get together

I think I was 5 weeks when I told my mom. So we had known for about a week. We did fertility treatments though and my mom knew, so she would have questioned anyways

My birth mom didnt know until I was like almost due. My step mom knew when I was when i was like 6 weeks.

I told everyone I’m close to when I found out at 3 weeks with all 4 of my pregnancies. 2 were losses. Glad I had the support and didn’t have to deal alone.
