your LO’s nap length?

how long does your 11 month old nap total during the day? mine will sleep 3 to 3 1/2 hours and i’m wondering if i need to maybe bring it down to 2 1/2? he’ll wake up and stay awake for up to 2 hours at night. doesn’t even want a bottle, just wants to party lol.

Mine takes 2 30 minute naps lol. On extra exhausting days, she might have a one hour nap in the afternoon but that’s the max. So 1 hour to 1 1/2 in total a day

My doesn’t nap lol. Well l, I take that back. She had 1 nap in the morning around 9-10am and she’ll sleep for 30-45 mins. Other than that she’ll have like 5-10min cat naps randomly throughout the day. The only time I can get her to sleep longer is if i psychical hold her or lay down next to her. Then she’ll sleep for like 1-1.5 hrs. 
She is up all the time at night. She just wants to nurse and/or suck like every like 2 hrs. But she skews I’m the bed with me so I’m sure she’s comfortable and use to having a body right next to her. O well. I guess. Hopefully as she gets older she’ll sleep longer. Also getting a new mattress so hopefully that will help lol

She naps 9-10:30am and 1-3pm. Bedtime is 6pm-7:30am she doesn’t wake at night. Born December 8.

Mine naps 2-3hrs a day.
Yes, it could be worth reducing his total nap length to 2.5-3hrs per day  to see if it helps.

My LO naps 09:30-09:50 and 12:30-14:30 so 2 hours and 20 minutes. I’m following the Little Ones plan 😊
