temperature question ?
so i started taking my temp, very very new to all of this. it’s been between 95-96. had sex sunday morning as glow predicted O to be monday. sunday night my temp was 97.1 on monday it was 97.5 i spotted all day monday. tuesday and today it’s back between 95-96. is that temp rise a good thing ?
