Just curious since this is my first baby and I’m 37+1.
What signs have you the gut feeling that you were about to break water/go into labor? Besides the obvious ones of course. More like any kind of blood pressure change, eating habits, restroom habits, etc.?
I’m not sure what I’m 100% looking for, but I want to be ready when it does happen. Everyone says “you know your body, you’ll know” when I literally didn’t even know I’ve been having Braxton-Hicks contractions since it was being compared to period cramps, which I was blessed to never experience. So I guess I’m just out of tune with my body and want to understand what to look for. I just don’t want to miss signs and end up in a bad spot.
