Hi, my kids are very attached to their dad. We’ve recently split up for good and I am having a hard time knowing what to say to my 4 year old & how to comfort him. He went from seeing him everyday to nothing. Any tips and experiences please and thanks

I would definitely recommend taking him to a therapist so he can talk to someone who isn’t involved in the situation and he won’t feel like he might hurt someone’s feelings.
