Feeling pregnant but probably just really bad baby fever

Ever feel pregnant? Like I had electric like twinges 4dpo, been kind of cramping but they're different cramps. And I feel like my uteros is somehow rounding/heavier than normal. And nauseas and having hot flashes. So I think I'm pregnant but I'm probably just really wanting a baby that much. Anyone else have that... Or think I could really be pregnant. DH and I use withdrawal method and he is religious with it never had a mess up before. Anyway I could still be?  (Also I've been forgetful/ spelling things way wrong.... Very unlike me!!)
