Baby acne

I let my baby stay over at her grandmothers house. She informed me “if you see any bumps on her face her dad licked her forehead” Which I think is so freaking disgusting and it pissed me off.. we aren’t together and he was there when she was there. Well the next day she has a TON of red bumps on one side of her forehead and it’s on her cheek as well. It looks bad to me. What can I do?
