Is cramping normal in early pregnancy?

I have been bloated and crampy all day. I am 4 weeks. My tests are getting darker but the cramping has me worried 😟 any advice?

I am 7weeks now, I have cramping (and booooy it gets really severe sometimes) since the day I should have got my period. First US on 6w0days was fine, and doctor said it is the uterus expanding slowly. Furthermore, sometimes I have a sharp pain in my right ovary which is caused by a lutein cyst (which is actually good 😁 but annoying). So... Due to my sweet gyn, cramping is totally normal. Don't worry too much and take 300mg - 400mg of Magnesium, helps a LOT.
