Workouts?? Hopefully cleared Nov 12!
I have my six week appt the 12 which is technically past six weeks 👎🏻 but I am SO excited for working out and sex (we’re going crazy haha)
Before we got pregnant I worked out at orange theory five days a week some times twice a day (I Am obsessed haha) but I’m worried about leaving the baby alone for an hour. I was thinking of trying to do orange theory three times a week and the rest do beach body programs at home.
What’re you ladies doing???
I hope she clears me for everything because orange theory can be intense lol
Also am going to ask about taking pre workouts that are more natural while breastfeeding...??
I guess the beach body brand is more natural but I don’t want to do anything to affect the babe!
