Seeing results
I've been reducing my snacking, only drinking water, and working out more. I'm down 6 pounds and I'm so happy. After starting my health and phys ed degree I realised I could be taking much better care of my body. If haven't been happy with how I look but overall I'm more concerned with my health. I'm excited to see myself making progress, no visual progress but to know a change is happening is (pun not intended) taking a weight off my shoulders.
