hcg is 222 and app says 5 weeks but when i went monday they said i’m barely 4 weeks lol

i think this app is wrong i think i’m barely 4 weeks lol not 5 my pregnancy test are getting a tiny bit darker the one i took a while back was faint except the first response. the ones i’m talking about are the quick clear and the second one is the one from today somewhat darker lol i’m super excited !!!!
