Snotty yellow discharge, 11 weeks pregnant! Picture below...

I have had snotty, yellow discharge for several weeks now. I have been on 2 separate antibiotics and it hasn't alleviated it. This picture was after 3 wipes. Does this seem abnormal or excessive?

I lost my daughter at 24 weeks gestation due to chorio....so I am really concerned about infections and such. My doctors don't seem concerned at all. Any thoughts?
